Description: Boise‐based online marketing firm, Seybold Scientific, is actively pursuing the acquisition of a recent college graduate or upper‐classmen in the field of sales. We are looking for a passionate individual who wishes to be part of a rapidly growing organization. This individual will be responsible for aggressively growing our customer base and developing relationships with existing clients. This position involves developing, testing and managing new sales strategies through execution and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with our President and Site Operations Team, as well as clients in providing materials to implement campaigns across multiple online platforms.
- Manage lead generation and maturation cycles within target accounts, leads, and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple and complex sales priorities and coordinate prospect meetings and related tasks.
- Must provide lead generation and sales quotas / Pipeline Development.
- Ability to utilize and integrate phone, email, marketing materials, and marketing campaigns/events as tactics to generate interest in our solutions.
- Qualify, Develop and Close Opportunities.
- Ability to assess quality of sales opportunities by utilizing specific qualifying factors.
- Also requires developing relationships with prospective customers and moving them through a sequence of events, in order to progress a sales cycle.
- Effective communication with internal teams (sales & production) and clients on performance.
- Support creative/technical related inquiries by customers.
- Will work with the development team to ensure proper sales channels are being utilized.
- Be the primary contact for client relations.
Requirements:
- Must possess or soon to possess a Bachelors degree in marketing and/or business related
field. - Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight
deadlines. - Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills.
- High level of personal integrity
- Extremely self‐motivated individual with strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including telephone skills
- Excellent computer skills are a must.
